A Declaration of Intent must be submitted to your local school district within 30 days after the establishment of a home study program and by September 1st annually thereafter.  Attendance records must be submitted at the end of each month.  You may find contact information for all school districts at http://www.doe.k12.ga.us/findaschool.aspx?contacts=ALL.
